Víctor's story

Víctor is 42 years old and married to Victoria, who makes a living in commerce and is mother of their two children. They all live together in their own home. Victor makes a living selling food products, so he has a lot of customers who come looking for some item or primary-need product because they know they can find it there and he provides excellent service. His business is located in a space he set up in his home, and he has worked there for eight years. He likes his business because he doesn't have to leave the house a lot and can help his children with their homework. Now he wants to keep working a lot in order to offer a better variety of products to his customers. This is his fifth loan with Kiva, and he is very content in knowing that he has financial support so he feels secure in advancing the business, and he promises to make his payments on time. Victor is requesting the loan to purchase products and supplies like rice, sugar, oil, snacks, soft drinks and other items so he can offer a larger quantity and variety of products to his customers.
