A loan of $900 helped to change the electrical wiring in her house.

Antonia's story

Antonia and her husband Sergio are from the city of San Luis Potosí. They have lived in this city for more than 15 years and she has just one daughter under her care, because the rest of their children are married. Antonia makes and sells tacos in the morning outside of a school nearby her house. She also makes some artisanal crafts such as paintings and floral arrangements. Her husband Sergio works at a factory in the area of production.

They are asking for the loan to do some home improvements because they need to change the electrical wiring. What they have now is in very poor condition and they don't want a fire to start out of neglect.

With the earnings Antonia makes from her sales they will pay for the loan, since Sergio's salary is for the family and educational expenses. They want to improve the family assets and have a safer place to live.
