A loan of $525 helped to buy seafood (fish) to sell.

Antonio Maria's story

Antonio is 64 years old. He is married and has three children. He lives with his family in San Juan Pueblo in the municipality of La Masica.

Six years ago Antonio started a business selling seafood (fish and shrimp). He started this business out of the need to have a source of income with which to pay household expenses. These products sell well and are profitable. He invests his earnings into the purchase of more products.

He has had several loans with Odef which have helped keep him in business. He is currently requesting another 10,000 Honduran Lempiras to buy seafood (fish) and to make the most of the season around Holy Week. This investment will help increase his earnings.

The goal is to continue working to provide his family with economic well-being.
