Phearom is 27 years old. She is married and resides with two children in Kampong Chhnang Province, Cambodia. She has been selling grocery and coffee for more than two years, earning approximately $4 each day. Her husband is a commune clerk who makes an income of $2 daily.
To improve her family’s livelihood, Phearom is requesting a loan of $800 to purchase more groceries for resale. By doing so, she will be able to make more profit. In the future, she would like to expand her shop and send her children to a good school. Moreover, she plans to build a new house as soon as possible.
