A loan of $825 helped to buy snacks and candy.

Ángela Fanny's story

Ángela, 53, is a woman who is full of hopes and dreams to accomplish. She always believed that having her own business was one of her greatest goals to achieve, and thanks to her efforts, this project is now her most beautiful reality. In mid-2012 she set out to open a business in her home, dedicated to the sale of mobile phone credit, snacks, and candy.

She says that although she is in the introductory phase, she has seen a positive response from her neighbors and people in her community, which motivates her to keep going with her work. Her greatest priority is the education of her 18-year-old son, who will start his university studies soon.

In order to increase the variety of products she offers and to guarantee an education for her son, Ángela has applied for a loan which she will invest in the purchase of merchandise. This will allow her to generate a higher income and to begin making her wishes come true, as well as those of her son.
