Ntalasha's story

Ntalasha is a happy man today. His first Kiva loan made his business more profitable. He says the loan helped him to serve more customers, and as a result, he was able to earn more commissions from his shop.

Looking at the numbers, Ntalasha’s shop has grown from 1079 people coming to transact from his shop per month to 2098 people per month. The increase in the number of people has put him under more pressure to provide better and quicker service to his customers. He is requesting a second Kiva loan, so that he can add on more working capital so that he can satisfy his fast-growing customer base. He is certain that the new working capital he is requesting will double the number of customers he has now.
