A loan of $1,175 helped to buy organic fertilizer.

Delfina's story

Delfina, 43, is married to Abdon, with whom she has a 19-year-old daughter. They live in their own house, located in an agricultural settlement.

Delfina has worked in agriculture since the age of 19. Alongside her husband, she has been very satisfied with this business activity. "Thanks to agriculture, I have my house and my own land," she says. She is responsible for producing peas, corn, potatoes, alfalfa, and gladiolus flowers. Due to the variety of her crops, she is always busy and she always has sales and an income for her family.

These months are crucial for all types of crops, because the rains have started and Delfina does not want to fall behind. Therefore, she is asking for your help to plant peas, beans, and potatoes, whose harvests will be ready in February of next year.

Delfina will invest these 3,000 Peruvian soles in the purchase of organic fertilizer to nourish her crops. She is also grateful for the financial support which she is receiving, and she is committed to paying her installments on time.
