A loan of $925 helped to buy merchandise.

Pabla's story

Pabla is from the state of San Luis Potosí. She has been in this city for more than 20 years. She is a single mother, who has been a widow for over 5 years, and is responsible for two children. She is giving them the education they need so that they can triumph in the future. She is applying for a loan to invest in her school-stationery and novelty business. She needs to buy a greater variety of products and more merchandise like toys, perfumes, cosmetics, and gifts, because her customers are asking for these kinds of products and she doesn't have them in stock. In addition to her business, Pabla also works at a company as an administrative assistant. Her children attend to the business while she is working. With the profits she makes from her sales, she will pay off the loan. Her salary from her job is for household and school expenses. She wants to improve her business and have a greater variety of products to offer her customers, and that way, have better profits.
