A loan of $1,650 helped to buy materials to construct a new pen and buy concentrate for the feeding of piglets.

Antonio Jesús's story

Antonio, who is 54 years old, is an entrepreneurial farmer who has exerted himself to advance his family. For more than 30 years, he has raised and sold pigs, a business that became the source of income to support his wife and educate his stepdaughters. Day after day he has managed to expand his business, and today he has three pens and 10 piglets. His greatest dream is to be able to convert his business into a great micro-business that will allow him to supply all the meat sales in his town. This is what has motivated him to apply for a loan that he will invest in the purchase of materials to construct a new pen and buy concentrate to feed the piglets.

He hopes that with this new investment his quality of life will improve and he can make the down payment for the acquisition of his house.
