A loan of $1,650 helped to buy ink, t-shirts and accessories.

Hector Giovany's story

“Some say that tattoos are an aberration against morality, but I am convinced that art can also be on skin". These are the words of Héctor, a 30 year old man who learned to make tattoos in Lima, Peru. Later he decided to return to his country and live in his town of Itagüí, Colombia.

When he arrived, he started to work from his home, making tattoos for his friends and acquaintances. Over time, his customers started to grow, and that resulted in him opening a locale. Today he not only makes tattoos, but he combines that activity with selling clothing, which has allowed him to improve his income.

Right now, he is asking for a loan to be used for buying ink, t-shirts and accessories. He hopes for his business to keep growing and to have his name known throughout the community.
