Leonel's story

Leonel is 47 years old, single, and has two children. He lives in a small village in Choloma, Cortes. In the past, he has worked in farming and commerce. Four years ago, he decided to set up his own business at home selling household products such as basic grains, cleaning products, soft drinks, churros, bread, butter, flour, etc. He also provides a cargo transport service with his vehicle which makes him additional income.

Leonel is requesting his third loan from ODEF, for 15,000 lempiras, so that he can stock his grocery store. His plan is to work hard to improve his sales and his standard of living.
