Emanuel, who is in his 20s, is a married man staying together with his wife. Since 2007, Mr. Emanuel has been managing his family through running a shop selling different electronic equipment, such as quality radios and TVs of different sizes and types, and other electrical items. He is doing well in this field together with his family. He works from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily and is able to make a good profit per month.

This will be Emanuel's 18th loan request from Tujijenge Tanzania. With the previous loans, all of which he paid back successfully, he manged to expand his shop by purchasing more stock of TVs, radios and other electronics items. With the profit earned, he reinvested back into the business, bought a plot of land where he started building his house and covered home expenses. He will use this loan to restock more TVs, radios and other missing items in the shop. He dreams to finish building his house and be a big businessman.

He will share this loan with his loan group "Pamoja," which totals 12 members. The members of the group will hold each other accountable for paying back the loan.
