A loan of $3,000 helped to pay for barley seeds, fertilizer, forage for feeding the livestock, and fuel.

Qajik's story

Qajik lives in Sarakap village of Shirak region, which is famous for its severe cold climate. Qajik is married with three sons. The best agricultural business for the locals is cattle farming and some limited land cultivation. The family keeps livestock, which currently includes 14 cows, 2 mother pigs, 15 little pigs, 24 chickens, and 6 colonies of bees. Qajik also owns agricultural land where he cultivates wheat.

As Qajik has no sufficient funds to cover the costs of his farm, he has applied for this loan. With the help of the loan, he will purchase barley seeds, fertilizer, and forage for feeding the livestock. This will help him to expand his agricultural activities and gather a higher income. Additional money from the loan will be used to cover fuel costs, which will help Qajik to take the gathered agriculture products to the market to sell.

Qajik is very hardworking farmer and is very excited about developing his farm, earning more income, and ensuring a better life for his family.
