Fatuma's Group's story

Fatuma is a 40 year-old mother of five. She and her husband grow various crops on their farm.

She faces the challenge of pests that cause her crops to die.

Fatuma is excited to work with KOMAZA because of the beautiful scenery the trees provide as they grow tall. She hopes to use the income from her KOMAZA trees to purchase hives so she can keep bees on her land, and to buy improved breeds of cows and goats so she can have higher quality livestock.
