A loan of $1,200 helped a member to buy groceries and clothing to supply to people in her local area.

New Life Group's story

Greetings from Zimbabwe! This is 37-year-old Janet from Mutare. She is married with four children; three are attending school. Janet runs a retail business selling groceries and clothing. The business has been in operation for two years. She says the main challenges faced are lack of enough stock in the shop with high demand. Janet has requested a loan of $400 to purchase groceries and clothing for resale. She says the extra income generated as a result of this loan will allow her to improve her family's general welfare. In the future, Janet plans to operate a general dealer shop.
