A loan of $4,000 helped a member to buy groceries for resale.

Booster Group's story

Greetings from Zimbabwe! This is 32-year-old Georgina from Masvingo. She is widowed with five children, three attending school. Georgina runs a retail business selling groceries. The business has been in operation for 2 years. She says the main challenges faced are of low liquidity in the market; hence the business is low. Georgina has requested a loan of $1000 to buy groceries for resale. She says the extra income generated as a result of this loan will allow her to increase her income; hence improving her family welfare. In the future Georgina plans to buy a commercial stand.
