A loan of $1,275 helped to prepare for spring field work.

Roza's story

Roza is 36 years old, married, and has 5 children. For many years, she has been earning a living by growing crops. After the yearly harvest is complete, Roza, her husband, and their older children go to Bishkek to make money, and in the spring, the couple work a 4-hectare plot of land where they grow beans and potatoes. Thanks to Roza's hard work, her farm is well-developed and generates an annual income of 150,000 Kyrgyzstan Som (KGS) from the sale of produce. For the purpose of further developing her business, Roza has approached Bai Tushum & Partners for a loan of 60,000 Som so she can prepare for spring planting. In the near future, she plans to build a cattle barn.
