Carlos Miguel's story

Carlos is 24 years old and single. He has no children and lives with his parents in Chillanes, in Bolívar province. He belongs to the “San Juan Bautista” [John the Baptist] Communal Bank. The organization was formed and created in the city of Tambanal, which is located forty minutes from the cooperative’s office. The members are engaged in agriculture and raising livestock. Carlos is engaged in farming ad grows corn and beans, and also raises livestock and pigs. He is requesting the loan to purchase livestock, vaccines, and feed. With the help of this loan, he will be able to purchase livestock. He makes his purchases in Chillanes. His dream is to have his own lands to lease. The challenge he faces is the bad weather as it rains a lot. In his free time, he enjoys playing sports, especially volleyball and soccer.
