Rehema is a married woman, aged 52 years. She owns a house that has electricity but no piped water. Her greatest monthly expenses are food and school fees.
Rehema operates a charcoal-selling business where she sells from her home to her neighbours and villagers. Her greatest monthly challenge is the high-cost of transportation. For the Kshs 20,000 loan, she wants to purchase charcoal to sell. She dreams of expanding into a wholesale shop in the future.
