Although she has received no formal education, Aba is an entrepreneur. Aba sells Kenkey (a traditional corn based dish that is wrapped in banana leaves) in Akonoma (near Cape Coast). She has been selling kenkey for some time now. Her husband is a mason. Aba uses her income to help her husband in paying the family's general expenses.

Aba will use the loan to purchase an increased quantity of corn, thus helping her prepare more of her tasty kenkey recipe. With the new profits from her expanded business, Aba plans to develop her kenkey business further.
