Chanda is 21 years old. She is a third year university student who lives with her parents in Phnom Penh city, Cambodia. She is the third daughter in the family. She graduated from high school in 2011. After that, she pursued her studies in the university, majoring in Accounting. She is a very hardworking and smart student. For the first and second year, she received support from her parents for her study. Since she has an extensive family which contains seven members, her parents cannot provide enough support for their children. Therefore, Chanda requests a loan of $1000 to pay for her university tuition fee. This money will help her obtain enough ability to finish her bachelor degree. In the future, she hopes to get a good job and be employed as an accountant in a company or organization in Phnom Penh City.

This loan is part of KREDIT’s higher education program, targeted to poor, low-income, and middle-income students who would otherwise not have the means to attain a higher education.
