María Emilia's story

María is 46 years old, married, and has two children. She takes care of her family and also makes tamales, soft drinks and other snacks which she sells from her home. In this way, she helps her husband with their household expenses. María buys the supplies she needs for making her snacks from a store in her community three times a week.

María is requesting this loan from Fundación Campo so that she can buy more supplies for preparing her snacks. She will also build an extra room in her home. As a result of this investment, she will have a larger range of raw materials available for making different dishes so that she can meet her customer demand and make better income. She will also be able to improve her home so that her family can life in greater safety and comfort.
