A loan of $250 helped to purchase more sacks of peanuts to sell.

Emelinda's story

As a married parent of eleven children, Emelinda works hard to support her family.

She has a buy-and-sell peanut business in the Philippines and also earns additional income from raising pigs.

Emelinda is borrowing PHP 10,000 through Negros Women for Tomorrow Foundation, Inc. (NWTF) to purchase more sacks of peanuts for her buy-and-sell peanut business.

Emelinda has been sustaining her business activities through her past 18 loans from NWTF. She hopes that her hard work will help her attain her dream to save money to expand her business.
