A loan of $850 helped to buy a display case and some beauty products.

Dora Inés's story

Dora is a 27-year-old woman who has learned from life that, with hard work and discipline, it is possible to get ahead and make progress. "We often stumble across obstacles in life but we gain strength from each of the setbacks we encounter and become wiser. We then work hard so that we don't repeat our mistakes". This is how Dora expresses her understanding of life and explains how the difficulties she has encountered have turned her into a real fighter who works hard to support and educate her 5-year-old daughter.

This lady worked hard to complete a beauty course and then worked in a number of hairdressing salons in her town. Three years ago, she started working independently so that she could spend more time with her family. With the aim of making progress in her business, Dora is requesting a loan which she will invest in buying a display case and some beauty products so that she can improve the quality of service she provides and increase her number of customers. She hopes to be able to guarantee her daughter a good education.
