Tam, 40, is married and has one son. He lives with his family in Ho Chi Minh City. His wife is a worker for a local company. He has supported his family by running a business processing copper wires at his house for 20 years. He is requesting a loan to expand his business by buying a great quantity of copper wires to better satisfy his customers. He hopes his business will run smoothly and will generate a higher income to help him improve his family's living conditions and send his children to school.
