Kadzo's Group's story

Kadzo is a 37-year-old mother of five children and a dryland farmer. She grows maize, cowpeas and cassava, but pests infest her crops, and she does not have enough money to buy pesticides. Kadzo says, "I joined KOMAZA because I want to plant trees. I like the trees KOMAZA is planting; they grow very fast." With the profits from her tree farm, she will educate her children and buy a dairy cow for milk sales.
