Nyevu's Group's story

Nyevu is a thirty-four year old mother of eight children who works as a drylands farmer. Her husband is also a farmer, and their agricultural endeavors face the challenges of drought and lack of capital to invest in their farming. Nyevu is joining the KOMAZA microforestry program so that she may use the profits from her tree farm to build a house for her family and educate her children.
