A loan of $500 helped to buy ingredients.

Honorina's story

Honorina is 34 years old and has three children, all of whom attend school. She makes and sells Cardan soup, thimpu, sajta, etc. Her stall is located in the Mutalista zone. This will be her first loan through the institution. Honorina will use the money from this loan to buy supplies in quantity for her business (potatoes, chuño, rice, etc.) so she can make her delicious dishes. She is asking for this loan because of a lack of cash with which to buy these ingredients. Honorina has challenges in her business, such as competition that affects her sale, but she still has customers and will use these benefits to continue buying supplies in quantity. Honorina’s hopes are to be able to rent a space on the first floor of a large store so that she can have a store that’s more visible to her customers.
