Robinah is a second-time borrower from UGAFODE Microfinance Limited (MDI) applying for Ugx 3,000,000. She paid the first loan well. She is a single mother in the business of selling household daily use items on a small scale.

She rents a single room house on the outskirts of the city with her two daughters who attend school. She pays for the education of her two daughters herself, since she has separated from her husband.

She applied for the loan with the intended purpose of purchasing a small piece of land to build a residential house. She is sure her life will soon change with the facility from UGAFODE as she will soon be able to move from the one single room that is both the living room as well as the bed room. With the loans, she is slowly taking steps toward making her dreams come true.

Pictured is Robinah at the plot she has bought and on the ground are the bricks that she will use for constructing the house.
