A loan of $600 helped to buy flour, sugar, yeast, pineapple honey, and firewood.

Delmy Yolanda's story

Delmy owns a bakery. She is 52 years old, divorced, and has four children between the ages of 10 and 18. Her oldest child helps with the business while the others are in school.

Delmy has owned her bakery for five years. She works Monday through Saturday. Delmy learned this trade from her aunt and now she has two assistants. Her loan will be invested in the purchase of flour, sugar, yeast, pineapple honey, and firewood. This investment will increase her inventory and bring in more customers, thus resulting in more income. Her dream is to provide a better quality of life for her family and to strengthen her business even more.
