A loan of $1,525 helped a member to buy disposable items and supplies in order to sell stuffed potatoes.

Cruz Del Norte Group's story

Marina, age 33, has two children. She is a member of the “Cruz del Norte" group, which is comprised of six members. This group has received its second disbursement. They have demonstrated that they are a responsible group and punctual with their payments.

Marina has been selling stuffed potatoes in the evenings for over five years. This is her primary independent business activity. In the mornings she works as a kitchen helper in order to improve her finances.

One of Marina’s dreams is to have a restaurant. This way she would be able to improve her finances, and she would no longer need to work as a kitchen helper.

She will use the loan she received to buy disposable items and supplies in order to sell stuffed potatoes.

In this group: Marina, Isabel, Teresa, Rocio Maribel, Esther, Elvira Consuelo
