A loan of $825 helped to buy machines, shovels, a drill, sandpaper, and a welder.

Francisco Javier's story

Francisco, age 46, is from Granada. He is married with two children ages 18 and 24. One of his children works and the other studies. He is a merchant and works in home construction. He started working with other people because he needed a way to make a living and support his family. This is how he decided to travel to the United States to work in home remodeling. There, he gained experience and completely mastered the work. He later decided to open his own business in his neighbourhood in order to make a better income. Bit by bit he has been able to buy his own tools for building houses. He is very proud because this business generates an income for him. He counts on his wife's support.
Francisco is requesting a loan for the purchase of machines, shovels, a drill, sandpaper, a welder, etc. He needs to buy more work tools so that he will have more. This way he won't be late when he has to build more houses. He plans to buy a car so that he can get to his work sites more quickly.
