A loan of $625 helped to buy farming supplies.

Hector David's story

Hector David is 30 years old, married, and has two children. He lives in an area surrounding Taulabe, Comayagua. He has been a farmer for three years and raises coffee, which he sells in parchment to suppliers at the local market. He says that the payment he gets from the product is very good and he has been able to earn the income he needs for daily support.

He is asking for a third loan in the amount of 12,000 lempiras so that he can buy compost and do maintenance and cleanup in his fields. This loan will help him to provide better attention to his crops and have a better harvest.

His goal is to care for and maintain his crops so that the income will always be enough to support his family.
