Jemimah's Group's story

Jemimah is 33 years old and has three children. She sells second-hand clothes and works in a retail shop to earn money for her family. Jemimah faces the challenge of not having enough money to buy large quantities of products to sell, resulting in the loss of wholesale discounts.

Jemimah is joining the KOMAZA microforestry program so that she may use the profits from her tree farm to educate her children and build her family a home with electricity and running water. She appreciates that KOMAZA is giving farmers trees in the form of a loan and they will make money after the tree harvest.
