Kenny's story

Kenny is 25 years old and is a hard-working, friendly and enterprising man. He is single and doesn't have any children. He lives in a house he owns with his father, mother and 2 siblings. Together they strive to get ahead by supporting each other.

Kenny's business consists of selling groceries and products of basic need such as rice, sugar, noodles, tubers, vegetables, candy, drinks, and cleaning and other products. He opens the doors of his store very early every day to attend to his clients that come to his establishment seeking some product with the security that they will find what they need. His market is the only one in the area so it always has good sales. In addition, his cordial treatment and the friendliness he expresses in every word are the perfect qualities for which his clients are always grateful. He has had this business for 3 years and asserts that it was the best career choice he could have made.

However, in his free time he makes a living from working as a taxi driver in his own car. What he likes the most about his work is conversing with his clients and seeing them start the day with a smile. He thinks that the most difficult thing was getting used to waking up early to take care of his store. Nevertheless, he know that it's his job and that he has to do it. He hopes that his business grows down the road and that it provides him with better financial earnings. At this time he will ask for 2000 Peruvian nuevos soles. For this he thanks all of the people who make his financing possible in order to keep doing his work with better results. With the requested amount he will buy a certain amount of products with which he will run his grocery store, like rice, sugar, eggs, milk, certain vegetables and drinks.
