She is receiving an input loan for ½ acre of millet, and sorghum cultivation. Jackline joined One Acre Fund in order to gain access to hybrid seed and fertilizer and get the best harvests.

Jackline described her harvest as good last year as a One Acre Fund farmer and she hopes for another good year in the 2013 Long Rains season. She plans to use the money that she earns from her next harvest to buy a cow and a goat and send her children to school. For the 2013 Long Rains season, Jackline’s group members will take input loans of ½ acre each. In total, this group will receive input loans for use on 5 acres of land.
