Akram's story

Mr. Akram owns a children’s garments and toy shop in the area of Punjab, Pakistan. He belongs to a poor family. His monthly income is insufficient to meet the household expenses. He has requested a loan of PKR 100,000 from Kiva's partner BRAC Pakistan. With the help of the loan, he will purchase a variety of garments for his shop, including frocks, shirts and trousers. This will help him to offer more variety to his clients and to increase his net income and savings. He is thankful to Kiva and BRAC Pakistan.
