A loan of $600 helped buy sewing supplies such as fabric, thread, needles, etc.

Enith's story

Enith is 52 years old and is a determined, hardworking woman. She is married and has 4 children, but currently she only lives with her husband and their youngest son in their own house, which they built through great effort.

Enith's work involves making clothing for women, men, and children. She does her work every day from her home, a place where customers turn to when they need clothes that are already made. Some also ask for unique, personalized designs that she doesn't hesitate to make. She is a very creative woman and of course very detailed. These qualities are reflected in the finished work of all the clothing that she sews.

She has been with this business for more than 10 years and complements it with other services such as selling desserts and makeup in street markets. She usually sells these things in the afternoon.

She has been working as a seamstress for a long time, starting when she was very young. This has allowed her to accomplish many things in her life. She hopes to keep progressing and establish, later on, her own shop where she can show and sell her goods.

At this time, she is asking for 1500 sols (US$600). She is glad and thankful for the people that make her loan possible, since it will help her continue with her plans. With the amount asked for, she will buy materials to continue her sewing work, including fabric, thread, elastic thread, buttons, zippers, lace, etc.
