Gloria M. O. is a native of the municipality of Somotillo in the city of Chinandega. Currently, engaged in providing well-being to her two school-aged daughters, she looks for a way to invest in the reconstruction of her home, which has suffered from many strikes to it with the passing of time that have prevented it from being inhabitable.
She initiated the reconstruction of part of her home, and today she requests a loan from Ceprodel to purchase construction materials and to pay for the manual labor. For this reason, she trusts that she will receive this loan so that she can improve the living conditions of her young daughters.

About Housing Loans
Many poor families cannot afford housing that meets their needs. When you make a housing loan on Kiva, you give people access to flexible capital to obtain or improve their homes. Better housing means better health, sanitation, and even educational outcomes for children. A house can also be much more for entrepreneurs who run businesses out of their homes. In this way, housing and small business loans on Kiva share a common purpose: to alleviate poverty and enable families to enjoy more stable lives.
