Intisar is a 44-year-old divorced woman who has been working as a butcher since June 2012. Intisar used to work in a butchery, but today she has her own shop and two employees to help her in her business. Intisar is a hard working woman who insists on proving that no matter what is the business to be taken, a woman can do it perfectly. It is unique to see a woman who works as a butcher in Lebanon. Maybe she is the first one too, but Intisar is proud of herself and she is sure that she can succeed.

She is applying for a loan from Kiva partner Al Majmoua, in order to increase her business capital through increasing the quantity of meat she sells at her shop to increase her income. At the beginning, Intisar couldn't save anything from her business because she had a start up business loan and a lot of unexpected expenses. Today she is stronger and well known better than before, and is insisting on expanding her business more and more to reply better to the increasing customer needs.
