A loan of $450 helped to buy a communication radio system so that she can work better with the radio taxi group she belongs to.

Natividad's story

Natividad is married and has two children. She lives in the San Pedro area of the city of La Paz. She has a taxi cab which she uses to make a daily living and support her family.

Natividad is requesting a loan to purchase a radio communication system, since her cab belongs to a group of radio taxis and she can't work under normal conditions without a radio.

Natividad's dream is to own her own house, since she currently has an antichresis lease. (Antichresis is a legal agreement between the property owner and the potential tenant, whereby the tenant lives in the home or room(s) for up to two years in exange for a lump sum which is returned at the end of the lease). This way she doesn't have to pay monthly.
