A loan of $850 helped to buy basic household groceries.

Jairo De Jesús's story

47-year-old Jairo is a micro entrepreneur. Twelve years ago he decided to set up his own business selling basic household groceries. He works in his business together with his wife.

Thanks to their work, Jairo has been able to improve his household's living conditions and guarantee his two dependent children access to an education. His biggest dream is to be able to offer his family a home of their own. He says that his family is his biggest incentive and they give him the energy he needs to continue making progress every day.

Jairo is currently requesting a loan to invest in buying stock so that he can increase his sales volume and make more income.
