Kadii's Group's story

Kadii is a 59-year-old mother of six children. She works as house help, but notes that the pay is very low. Kadii wants to join the KOMAZA microforestry program "so as to improve [her] life when trees are harvested and sold." She plans to use the profits from her tree farm to educate her children. Kadii's favorite part about being a KOMAZA farmer is interacting with fellow farmers and learning more information from the KOMAZA staff. She aspires to "be a role model in society" and to be in a better position to meet almost all her needs.

In this group: Kadii, Joyce, Kalume, Irene
