A loan helped to buy clothes.

Maria Domitila's story

María, 62, is married living with her husband in the municipality of Choloma, Cortes. She has a business selling women’s and men’s clothing. She started the business 30 years ago and it’s been her source of income that has made it possible for her to help her husband cover daily household expenses. She comments that this financing opportunity has helped her much because of the easy payment options granted by the institution.

She’s currently asking for an 8,000 Lempira loan to buy more merchandise like skirts, pants, dresses, shirts, etc. By stocking her business, her sales will increase and her income will improve so she can continue working.
