Velkis tiene un negocio de venta de mercadería. Este negocio lo inicio hace 8 años con fondos propios e iniciativa propia para obtener ingresos necesarios para su familia, en el cual manifiesta le va muy bien y a logrado solventar económicamente los gastos del hogar.
Ella solicitado a Odef su séptimo préstamo de 12,000 lempiras el cual lo invertirá en compra de mercadería para surtir el negocio como Útiles escolares, sandalias, cosméticos etc. Piensa que con esta inversión sus ventas tendrán un incremento favorable aprovechando la época escolar ya que ofrecerá variedad de productos para atender a sus clientes.
