A loan of $975 helped to repair his motorcycle taxi and refurbish his sales stall.

Emerson's story

Emerson, 30, is an honest and very friendly man. He is married to Idaura, with whom he has a two-year-old son. He currently lives on his mother-in-law's property, since she offered him a space where he could build his home.

Emerson makes a living transporting passengers in his motorcycle taxi. He works on the main streets of his city, searching for potential passengers who he then transports to their destination very calmly, as he considers his clients' safety to be of the utmost importance. His five years of work experience place him as a key player in this business.

He complements his work with clothing sales, because he considers it to be another profitable business. Although this didn't go well at the beginning, he confirms that the situation has changed and his income has multiplied thanks to recommendations from some of his clients. Now he hopes to continue working as a motorcycle taxi driver, and in the relatively short term he would like to consolidate his clothing sales business.

He has applied for a loan of 2500 Peruvian soles to repair his motorcycle taxi and refurbish his clothing sales stall. He is grateful to those who will make this loan possible, because it will help him to accomplish his goals. For this reason, he is committed to paying his installments on time.
