Meav R., 58, is married and works together with her husband and two of her children in the Kampong Cham province. They have a small mill at their home that generates about $1.50 each day for the family. They work very hard at the mill and need to purchase a small machine to shape the mill. Meav R. is asking for $400 to purchase that machine, which will aid in the work of the mill and increase production. They see this as a profitable venture that will not only increase their income, but also raise their standard of living.
