A loan of $800 helped a member to buy feed and chicks.

Angela's Group's story

Greetings from Zimbabwe! This is 39-year-old Angelar from Masvingo. She is married with eight children, six of whom are attending school. She also cares for one dependent. Angelar runs a retail business selling chickens, which has been in operation for five years. She says the main challenge she faces is high competition in the market.

Angelar has requested a loan of 200 USD to buy feed and chicks. She says the extra income generated as a result of this loan will allow her to increase her income and improve her family's welfare. In the future, Angelar plans to buy cows for dairy.
