A loan of $1,500 helped to expand her food service business.

Carla Ivana's story

Ivana is a responsible person, dedicated to her work and her family. She is a single mother with 2 small children that she helps with their education. She serves meals from a tiny location she rents in Ivergarzama. It is located on Mortenzon Avenue, alongside the Carrasco Coliseum. Ivana sells meals, including breakfast and supper. She can count on lots of customers who like her service. Ivana lives in a small rented room. She rises every day in the early hours of the morning to prepare her children, and breakfast, and to send them off to school. Then she buys the vegetables, meat, and/or ingredients she needs to begin her daily work. Ivana is requesting a loan from our institution to expand her business, and to improve somewhat the quality, service, and the comfort of her customers. And, thereby, to improve her income and her quality of life.
