Rehema's story

Rehema is 48 years old and lives in the town of Busia, in the Iganga region of Uganda. She is married and has 6 children, who are currently in school. For the past 8 years, Rehema has been working hard to manage her produce of maize and cassave flour.

Rehema is a member of BRAC's Small Enterprise Program (SEP). The program primarily serves small entrepreneurs like Rehema who do not have enough collateral for commercial loans, but have businesses that have grown too large for microloans.
